What is a Personal Concierge?

Personal Concierge is your single point of contact; whether it be to get your car serviced, oversee the logistics of your home by being there when you least expect your going to need immediate help and you cannot be in two places at one time.  Consider us your  “Go To” manager for all of your personal tasks; as long as they are legal, moral, ethical and feasible.

We are your resource center; if we cannot accomplish the job we have preferred vendors and partners that are licensed, insured and have referrals. This is most important if you are the Adult Child Caregiver that lives in one city and your loved one lives in another.  You only want the best to oversee the care, comfort of your family member with compassion.

I am an adult child caregiver living out of state. Do you provide personal assistance services for  my aging parents?

Yes, we do offer elderly check-ins. We will run their errands, pick up prescriptions, purchase their “TO-Do” items,  as well as deliver your gifts or flowers personally,   We are not registered nurses, nor home health aides.  Hannah is not a social worker, or geriatric care manager; however Hannah was the  adult child  caregiver for her parents in North Carolina and her husband. She knows from first hand experience.

 

Will you drive individuals to their appointments?

Admiral Concierge is not licensed as a livery service, therefore we are unable to drive individuals in our cars; however with consent of our clients we can drive them in their personal cars. if they do not have a personal car we work with home health agencies that do offer this service and will coordinate the service for you.

Can you assist families with finding the appropriate services to help our family members stay in their homes or help to transition them from large homes to assisted living facilities?

The answer is yes.  The ultimate goal is to keep our seniors in their homes as long as they are safe environments.   Admiral Concierge will help you and your loved one evolve through life transitions.  We are active in North Shore senior networks, Elder Services of the North Shore etc.  As well as Hannah has modeled Admiral Concierge because of the life experiences she endured with her Mom and Dad and her husband Steve.

How do I order services?

You may order services either on the “Concierge Request” page of our website or by phone at  781-254-7301. We carry smartphones with email and web access, We will follow up with you via phone.  Please remember that when we are out performing tasks for others we are on their time.

How quickly will you respond to requests submitted?

We will respond to your requests within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us please try again. If it is an immediate emergency for services please leave a detailed message at 781-254-7301 and we will return the call asap.

How much do you charge? Do you offer Packages and/or incentives?

All services are customized to our client’s particular needs and final quote given after a one hour complimentary consultation. Our rates are hourly, Two hour minimum and then calculated in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

Our long term clients work on packages where they purchase “Block of Time”  and 3rd Party Incidental packages.   All services are prepaid or by retainer on file.  Mileage and travel time will be discussed at Client complimentary meet. All rates are subject to change at any time.

What about additional (third party) expenses incurred?

The client is responsible for all additional expenses over-and-above the hourly rate. Payment is due upon completion of service when it is an A La Carte, one time service. Prepayment is needed when “Blocks of Time” packages are purchased.

Will my personal information ever be given out?

Absolutely not! Admiral Concierge respects the confidentiality of all our clients. We do not share our list.
